Driven by Helen Keller's words "Because I cannot do everything I will not refuse to do the something that I can do", I co-founded Drishti Foundation(https://drishtiusa.org) in 2020 to support visually impaired individuals who are underprivileged through access to medical care, education and service, however big or small.
On this page, I am sharing a glimpse into my work with Drishti. You can find full information about Drishti here-

I co-founded and led Drishti for over 5 years, focused on providing scholarships, training, tools and medical care to individuals with visual impairments.
● Established partnerships with beneficiary organizations across the USA, India, and Nepal to further the mission.
● Built Drishti from the ground up, which included defining the mission and brand, creating a website,
recruiting volunteers, designing and executing events, securing sponsorships, marketing and managing promotions, handling participant and media communications, and managing social media content.
● Grew revenue by an average of 30% year-on-year, and volunteers by 42% year-on-year for 4 years. Organized over 100 events, and raised more than $60,000.
● Funded college education, cataract surgeries, vocational training, science kits, laptops, medical care, and oxygen concentrators.
● Honored in the Pennsylvania Capitol by Senator Muth for outstanding service to the community. Received citations from Senators and Representatives, and was awarded the Jessie-Royer Greaves Award.
In April 2025, I had the incredible honor of being recognized at the Pennsylvania State Senate by Senator Katie Muth (44th District) for my leadership at the Drishti Foundation. Alongside my amazing team, I was invited to the Senate floor where Senator Muth spoke about Drishti’s mission and its work supporting blind and visually impaired students across Pennsylvania and beyond.
Standing in that chamber, hearing our story shared at such a high level, was deeply humbling and a moment of pride.
